Халтиргаа эхэллээ
Зам тээврийн нийт осол, хэргийн 49.6 хувь нь нойтон болон хальтиргаатай нөхцлөөс үүсч байна.Хальтиргаатай нөхцөлд автомашины тоормосны зам 3-4 дахин уртсаж, мөстсөн нөхцөлд автомашины дугуй замтай барьцалдах хүч 5 дахин багасдаг. Зам, дугуй хоёрын барьцалт нь тээврийн хэрэгслийн хурд, дугуйн элэгдэл, хээний чанар, зорчих хэсгийн гадаргуугийн байдал зэргээс ихээхэн хамааралтай. Замын хальтиргаатай хэсэгт авцуулах холбоог салгаж, огцом тоормослох, жолооны хүрдийг огцом эргүүлэх нь шарвах гол шалтгаан болдог.
